SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 2-3 business days for production.
Once production is complete, shipping typically takes 3-6 days to get to you.
We are currently not accepting international orders. (Hopefully in the future).
We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the shipping company (USPS, UPS, FEDEX).
We are not legally responsible for any lost or damaged goods.
RETURN/REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
No Refunds
You might look at that again and think, no refunds?? Let us explain.. We do not mass pre-make any of our inventory, this ensures we have control over the quality of our garments.
(We do not produce our products in a factory like setting)
We take great pride in hand making every single order that is placed, we always take our time prepping, pressing & packaging each order to ensure that our brand speaks quality.
Because our tees are made to order unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
We provide size charts located in the photo section of each listing.
Although our policy on refunds may not leave you with the best feeling, we encourage you to give our brand a try, we really care about every ounce of our work & customers!
Exchanges
Exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery date.
(Customer is responsible for return shipping costs)
EXCHANGES MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING/CONDITION WITH TAG
Please reach out to BlairTheLabel@Yahoo.com if you do plan to exchange your item(s) - so we can further coordinate with you & give you our return address.
After we have received the item(s) and have inspected that the item(s) are in original condition, we will begin the production process on your new tee & have it shipped out to you once production is completed!
